Wine tasting

An unhurried tasting at the winery: glass by glass we go through a selection of 5 of our wines, talking about how the soil, the island climate and our own work shape each one. We also tell the story behind every label, in a format made for small groups where there is time to ask and to compare.

Winery visit

  • Up to 10 people

Walking through the vineyard, we tell you how anything grows in a landscape that looks impossible, along with the history and traditions of the island. We go down into the winery, dug out of the volcanic rock itself, to see up close and hear how we make the wines. We finish the visit tasting a selection of our wines, guided throughout by someone from the winery who will answer any question about the process.
